  • All frozen items are shipped usingĀ insulated packaging, dry ice, or gel packsĀ to maintain the appropriate temperature during transit.
  • Orders containing frozen products are shipped viaĀ Express ShippingĀ to minimize the risk of thawing.
  • We only ship frozen items fromĀ Monday to WednesdayĀ to prevent weekend delays.

šŸšš Delivery Responsibility

  • It is the customerā€™s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
  • Frozen items should be unpacked immediately and stored in a freezer upon arrival.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or if the package is left unattended for extended periods.

šŸš« We do not ship frozen items to:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Locations with extended transit times that may compromise product integrity
  • International destinations (unless otherwise specified)

šŸ’° No Refunds or Replacements for Thawed Items

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we cannot guarantee that frozen products will remain fully frozen upon arrival. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or replacements for items that thaw during transit.

However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to packaging failure, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos of the package and contents for review.
