Processing & Shipping Times

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Below are the details on our shipping process:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout:
    • Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $30 (only within USA).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A standard fee of $10 applies for all orders under the free shipping threshold.
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery at an additional cost, displayed at checkout.

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic Orders: USA 
  • International Orders: Not Available at this time. 

🚨 Note: Some locations may experience longer delivery times due to shipping carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website. 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check your tracking number for real-time updates.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for additional details.
  • If you still need help, reach out to us at varnavs@africanmarketonline.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Address Issues & Delivery Failures

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly! If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing it. Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any modifications.
